- Introduce a new one way restriction along the northern arm of D32209 from its junction with C13 in an easterly direction for approximately 123 metres
- Introduce a new prohibited right turn restriction on C13 in an eastbound direction at its junction with the northern arm of D32209
- Introduce a new prohibited right turn restriction for vehicles in excess of 3.5 tonnes maximum gross weight on the southern arm of D32209 in a northbound direction at its junction with the C13.
