You have 28 days from the day you get a parking fine (ticket, Penalty Charge Notice, PCN) to pay it.
You get a 50% discount if you pay within 14 days.

Before you start
You will need:
- the parking fine (ticket, Penalty Charge Notice, PCN) number that starts with DV (found at the top of your parking fine). If it does not start with DV, we did not issue the parking fine
- your vehicle registration number
