We will explore new options to help increase the supply of homes residents can afford to rent or buy. We will focus on key housing needs we have identified:
low cost settled accommodation giving residents greater options to buy or rent
temporary accommodation to meet the needs of homeless households
supported and specialist accommodation for vulnerable residents and those who need a home designed to meet their specific needs
homes for essential workers for example health care workers who provide key services to our residents
