Young people (under 25s)

EDAS/REACH Young People provides non-judgemental advice, safety information, and treatment guidance to help young people overcome addiction to drugs or alcohol.

Adults

REACH offers support for individuals and families affected by drug or alcohol use, including group workshops, and a range of treatment options.

LiveWell Dorset offers free advice, support, and coaching on reducing alcohol intake and improving wellbeing.

CLARITY – Dorset’s Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO)

CLARITY is a volunteer-led group of people in recovery offering peer support and community feedback to help shape more effective, inclusive support for all.

Pharmacy services

Needle exchange: Provision of clean injecting equipment, a place to return used needles, harm reduction advice, and referrals.

Supervised consumption: Provision of safe environment for dispensing and consuming medication to help support with opiate addiction.

Naloxone kits

Naloxone is a life-saving drug that reverses opioid overdoses. Get a free naloxone kit and training on how to use it from REACH. Call 0800 043 4656 or email SW_InfoReach@waythrough.org.uk.
