The Government has provided additional funding through the Crisis and Resilience Fund to support low‑income households that rely on heating oil and are struggling with rising costs. When you will get the result of your challenge

Enter the date you challenged your parking fine. We will tell you approximately when you can expect your result.

We usually respond to challenges within 11 weeks, but it can take longer during busy periods.

If you make a challenge within 14 days, we will put your penalty charge on hold until we respond.

This means that if we do not accept your challenge, you can still pay at the discounted rate for 14 days, starting from when you receive our decision.
